Nick - Im Tiergarten (www.plazza-immobilien.ch). I lived there for 10 years and it's very nice....towards Albisguetli and the Uetliberg and close enough to Flurstrasse.

By the way Letzi used to be exceedingly grim before they refurbished it!!
