Re: Very cheap Swiss health insurance for students & researchers

Hi guys,
Just wanted to let you know that Swisscare also accepted me (and I'm JUST the girl friend) at the student/researcher rate because my partner works on a renewable one year contract at EPFL and was already insured with them. They are also offering an expat rate but that came to around 1400 Euros (~2300 Francs). Was also impressed that they include pregnancy and birth which is usually a separate insurance and then you aren't even covered in case it happens within the first year you've got it. So much for family orientated Switzerland
