Bumpety Bump!

There are about 10 places still available for this Friday for the whisky and cheese. I have been let down on a delivery of the Irish cheese but I will have some very special Red Leicester and an Organic wax wrapped creamy cheddar from Somerset to add to the Scottish cheeses.

I had an interesting anecdote from Rory Stone who makes the Strathdon Blue in Rosshire about Dalmore whisky (he can't make it Friday unfortunately )

"Dalmore produce fine malts which are frequently enjoyed in our home. The Highlanders often say that Dalmore coming back up tastes better than Glenlivet going down"
