Kleiderboerse Agnes - Hottingerstrasse 38, near the Hottingerplaz tram stop - specializes in second-hand women's designer clothing. I've never bought anything there but they sold a formal dress I had to buy for a work do. I think the owner has a branch in Seefeld as well.
