We had mice this past winter. I made a humane trap with instructions off the internet. We caught a mouse on two occasions and each time drove it (Paul and Ringo) at least two miles from the house and let them go in a field. Saw a hawk when we were driving away so don't know if Ringo made it! You can also buy humane or kaput traps at garden centres.
