| Hello all who are interested in massage, Having qualified at The London School of Sports Massage I now work as a Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist here in Zürich. Remedial Massage is about remedying soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments) problems. Muscular tension, back or neck pain/stiffness, releasing tight muscles, helping with the breakdown of scar tissue after cronic injury. Deep tissue massage together with remedial exercises and facilitated stretching techniques will help rebalance your muscles and increase your feeling of wellbeing. Sports Massage is about enhancing performance, maintaining optimum working condition in the muscles and importantly about injury prevention. Pre and post event, sports massage is invaluable during both preparation and recovery phases. I have worked closely with dancers and athletes, from amateur to world class levels, (I'm currently working two afternoons a week at the Lezigrund with the Zurich Athletics Club) as well as people from other sports and hobby activities but it's also a great form of massage for releasing any kind of muscular tension and stress, i.e. from sitting all day at a computer or a job where you're on your feet all day etc. For appointments and further information please contact me, on (0041) 076 544 2332. Or send me a message via the forum.

I had a massage a couple of years ago in Baden Baden. It was a little painful. He really worked my shoulders. The next day I felt great, unless I brought my shoulders up to high, which is a tension position for me. THis kept my shoulders down in a relaxed position, because if I didn't it hurt. I want this again. What kind of massage would that be?
