Uk nationals cannot donate blood in Switzerland because of mad cow disease etc. See various threads on the subject.

Organ donation is similar so I don't think UK nationals can.

I wonder what would happen if you were to die in CH, but wish to donate your organs to UK nationals, probably a bureaucratic nightmare.
