I saw in ricardo, some people selling the gemeinde tageskarte. I wonder if it is safe for me to buy these cards from ricardo, since I don't belong to the gemeinde. Do they just check your localities when you are buying it from the gemeindehaus or do the SBB conductor check also on your localities during the journey. I don't want to end up being penalized because of "illegal usage" of the tageskarte.
