Hi,
Continuing from previous post, re Zurich-Meggen, our route will be by lake steamer and train to Andermatt (any comments on this also welcome), then along the Rhine cycle route over the Oberalp to Bonaduz.
Here we're turning south to head for Samedan.


Taking the route from Bonaduz in three parts, could anyone offer advice on...
(1) Bonaduz to Thusis, which from the map looks ok on 'route 13' (sorry, don't know how Swiss road numbers are quoted).
(2) Thusis to Tiefencastle. Should we take the train over this stretch since I can only see one main road, with several tunnels?
(3) Tiefencastle to Samedan via Bergun. We are planning to take the train for part of the journey (almost certainly through the Albula tunnel). How much of the rest of this valley is good cycling country?
We are planning to do a day trip, without our luggage, back from Samedan to ride the Albula pass. Any comments on riding the pass, probably from Preda to Samedan?
