| I'd recommend avoiding the sit up bench. They tend to cheapen the effect of a regular sit up by bring your legs/thighs into the sit up motion.
As for the weight training bench you could try the Migros Sport on Lowenplatz. Nothing beats a good old bench press for all round core strength! | |

These balls come in various sizes, what size is recommended? I guess that to use this as a seat when doing excercise, then one's feet should be comfortably on the floor with the legs bent close to 90 degrees ??
