Red Leicester is good, but nothing IMHO beats the Strathdon

A very good local cheese brand/maker is "
Natürli"- my favorites there are the "Atzmännig" and the "Sternenberger" - but I have yet to eat one I did not like. I am not a fan of Emmenthaler, but theirs is made the way it used to be made before it was commercialized, so I must say I did enjoy that....
