i'm doing IM Nice this coming weekend (Although have had a really bad knee injury for the past 6 weeks so even doctors dont know if i will manage.....), so silently cra**ing myself.....
Very keen to hook up for runs, rides, swims etc. Doing NYC marathon in November so really need to keep the fitness going, and like to mix it up with various training. Let me know....antdiet@gmail.com
