Re: Massage: Sport and Remedial

With over a decade in ultra endurance sports, I've had scores of massages and massage therapists across several countries treat my various over-use injuries and help with recovery. I've had some great sports massage therapists and some that just clicked through a 50-minute routine that was relaxing but didn't do much for my injury or recovery. emmag is one of the great ones - by far. Her deep tissue sports massage skills are tops and easily won me over from Instinct Massage (which was close to work and not bad, but not as targeted and certainly not as sports-skilled or strong as Emma). She gets high marks from me for helping me recover after a painful knee injury and general body trashing from Marathon des Sables this year.
