| finding a house Zug Switzerland
Hi Can someone tell me how finding a house in Switzerland works. I have been looking for a house in canton Zug and seem to only see properties listed that are over 6000.00 chf.  I went to see two of the properties that are over my budget but I figured that they might be a start so that my family could come down and join me. I applied for both the properties and have not heard back from the agents. Is this a normal practice in Switzerland.  Back home when we looked at a house and liked it we told the owner that we will take it and then we signed the contract. Here it seems that the owner has to approve and if you are not Swiss you don’t get he place. Is this true. Does any one have any suggestions where I might look, I have been looking on www.homegate.ch and www.immoscout24.ch are there also any agent that might be able to help me in my search. I would like to spend around 4000.00 chf a month for the house. Any help will be greatly appreciated Best regards Andrew |
