Why would you sell 2 for 275 and 3 for 250:-

So, if someone came along and bought 2, would you really sell them two for 275:- and keep the 3rd one or would you give them all 3 and 25:- back?

This kind of Jedi Mindtrick selling certainly works, but I'd just like to confirm that this is what you are doing.
