Dear People,
Just to add my Misery as I had started to relax with this Nachbarschaft24 getting off my back, they today sent me an Invoice now from a German Company called "Deutsche Inkassostelle".

These people are asking me to send the money what as per Nachbarschaft24 is due along with their so called fine of Euro 5, which brings to a total of Euro 59. On top of that Deutsche Inkassostelle has added their own fee & made it a total of Euro 92.69.

This German company has a proper registered address (at least it looks like that) in Eschborn.

Now, I am relying on your Wisdom to guide me through this mess. What do you suggest me to do? Has anyone had any experience with it?
