How old are your kids? Have you considered sending them to Swiss school? They will get free additional German lessons for at least 2 years and it's a no cost solution.

We sent our two 10 year-olds to the local Swiss school and they now speak German, Swiss German, and are getting on well at French. It was a bit scary dropping them in the deep end but now we feel we've done them a big favour.
