| Looking for apartment/broker suggestions in Vaud/Geneva; also Zurich apt to rent
Hi there,
Looking for an apartment to rent in Canton Vaud (perhaps Nyon, Gland, etc.). Possibly also in Geneva itself. Do you have a suitable apartment for us? Available sometime in February/March.
It should be at least 90 m² to take in 2 people and 2 cats.
The apartment must have a balcony and a nice view for our cats, perhaps the top floor of a building. Price should be around 2000 or up to 2500 SFr.
It may be possible to do this in exchange for our nice apartment in Zürich.
Currently, we have a bright, spacious (roughly 96 m²) and centrally located apartment, very reasonably priced (1920 SFr.): Large living room/dining area, large kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, ample attic and cellar spaces, quiet residential neighbourhood.
Alternatively, any suggestions for a good broker who could help us find an apartment to rent in or around Geneva would be really appreciated. |
