I'm using the Pimsleur (audio only) system at the moment. I'm finding it really good, I've tried a few different systems and, for me, Pimsleur has been the best.

Pimsleur is based on audio lessons - that style of learning works well for me but, seeing as you prefer a structured approach, perhaps you need something different.
