| Just started today a "Strategy Seminar" which is 10 full days over a few weeks. Targeted at "kader" (middle management) level people. Includes role playing under the eye of a psychologist. Will also have the HR manager of a private bank to give advice and answer questions. Hopefully it will have been worth missing Olympics, Glanz & Gloria, GZSZ and other worthy pastimes. | |

If this is at place in Seefeld on Höschgasse, I did the same course in February/March. It started off alright, but in the end the best part of the course was all the people I met. Much of what we talked about was a waste of time and could have been done much more quicker in order to have time to work on more useful exercises.
Having others in your group help you identify your skill set can be a real eye opener though, if you have a good group. I would definitely recommend volunteering to go near the beginning so you have the chance.
The psychologist, however, was completely useless and totally got on my nerves.
