You are not Swiss. Being Swiss, I am unsure what the substitute is. You could phone Mobility and discover what they want instead.
Otherwise, suggest you go to the town hall and ask for a certificate that you are registered. It is called a "Wohnsitz-Bescheinigung". Maybe that will satisfy Mobility. | |
