Jack, how long does the home made version last in the fridge?

Not sure about shipping from the US but our shipping company refused to ship any food to Switzerland (from Australia), so before you start buying loads, maybe ring them to make sure. Also check Swiss customs' site as some foods are likely prohibited if from outside Europe. (Assuming for a moment not all foods are forbidden).
