| I make my own brown sugar, too, but I'm pretty unhappy with the molasses I've found so far. I get it at COOP, 'Veron' brand, and it's more like dark corn syrup than the American blackstrap molasses that I'm used to. The main ingrediant is glucose syrup, so I guess that explains why it's so disappointing. Anyone know where I can buy a better quality molasses here? | |
