Ok, the only way you get rid of the post baby belly is hard exercise and diet I'm affraid! You'll need to exercise at least 3 times a week ie jogging, power walking... you need to sweat and get your heart rate up for at least 30 - 45 mins. Also muscle work too, at least twice a week. When I say diet, it's more about healthy eating and reduce your daily required calorie intake by about 15%. It will take time but slow weight lose is easier to maintain. Don't do quick fixes!
