i understand that 20km and under over the speed limit is a money penalty "busse" and no court action
BUT if i have this warning is it still a "busse" OR is it a "leichten widerhandlung" and so mean a fine and confiscation of license for at least 1 month? | |

I can't help you there I'm afraid as I simply don't know, it may be up to the authority handling your case as minor offence is a subjective term. I think others on the forum are more knowledgable regarding swiss law so I think you'll get some more advice here during the day
