I don't know the OP, but surely they are a bit foolish driving that fast knowing that they have some sort of threat hanging over their head. I am sure that if I were in that situation, I would make sure I never speeded.Not that I do. Much.
Everyone makes mistakes once i a while. you dont need to be foolish for that. Let us provide the OP with the information he is seeking.
