I think you have to look in publications that specialize in your industry and see if anything is advertised in Switzerland, or hope you know enough people to network a job. I was contacted by my employers but after working in my industry for 18 years I do know a few people around the world, Remember it does not pay to upset to many people because what goes around comes around.
