SBB Tageskarte for Stadt Zurich residents are available from the SBB office Urania Pavilion which is in Werdmühleplatz in Zurich about 5 mins walk from HB.

They are available up to three months in advance, can be used by guests as well as people who don't hold half-fare (halbtax) cards.

The cost is 42chf each.

There are a limited number, and they are booked for a particular date of your choice then cannot be changed.

They are not-refundable commercial resale is prohibited.

There are a limited number of tickets per person. you might need ID to get your tickets (to prove you live in the right area).
