I think if you are looking for in the st. JAcob area, www.fitorama.ch may be close and i heard it is good.

Also there is a good one in Aeschen platz close to Restaurant Noonh (in basement) this is as well very good.

but my preference is Migros wellness park clean and well equipped with a pool, a little away if you are close St. Jacob
