Why not make one?

Poodle skirts are super easy to make. You don't even need a pattern: all you really need is some material, measuring tape, elastic for the waistband, and felt to make a poodle that you can glue or hand sew on the front. It's easier with a machine, but you can sew it by hand (or even use tape to hold up the hem if necessary. This has been done for many a school play costume. )
