Pfaffikon, Uster, and Bulach won't be much more english-friendly than Illnau. Though your question is pretty confusing, as you already essentially live in the Winterthur area, closer than Pfaffikon, Uster, or Bulach. Winterthur, being a larger city, naturally has more english speakers, but finding a job there without speaking German won't be particularly easy.
