Pleased you're taking such a keen interest

If you think this place is coffee_crazy, jump across the border into Italy. Every village seems to have its own Brand; it's heaven.

Not being such a gourmet as to roast my own (yes, I grind each morning but it's still only a drink, like wine, not something I get too technical over) I'd suggest you find a cafe you like and ask who supplies their stuff.

I'm a fan of cafe noir (site in German only, but you could always ring and have a chat, they speak English above the din of the roaster) in Zurich.



To think you can get a perfect caffe solo for less than one Euro just over them thar hills...
