I checked the links and some of them do seem to have good pure beans. I will post more information after I try to order and taste them. I also took Uncle Max advice seriously and went through Lausanne drinking coffee at every corner. After 6 or 7 cups I was really in need of some else, so I went into a Salon de The that is very close to the Post Office on Riponne. I always liked the fancy cups that were displayed there, but never actually got inside.

To my surprise, they have roasted coffee beans there! I understood that they roast it themselves! They had my beloved Kenya AA, some Super Mocha mix, Sumatra, etc. The lady said that her husband roasts the beans and only he knows exactly what gets into the mixes, so I will try to get hold of the husband some other day.

I got Kenya and Mocha and will try them tomorrow (for today it is already too much ).
