Mike, the snow forecast for Flumserberg looks huge! (we wish we were there this weekend) Are you going to be able to make it down in the morning to open the shop?!

Kadie
Only just made it down in the morning (I left before the snow ploughs started) but had to get the bus back up at night.

Will the Single Malts also be available at the Pie Shop event, or will we "have" to visit both?
Sorry, you'll have to come to both! Whisky in the afternoon and then pies and beer in the evening.

News about the shop - Bob has had to stop brewing on the premises due to the neighbours upstairs not appreciating the smell. The new brewery (with bar) should hopefully be running soon. His beer though will still be for sale at the shop in Thalwil.

The shop is now fully stocked with tasty goodies, the Burts chips and hot chocolate selection took quite a a pounding on Saturday though. 40 new cheeses are fighting their way through customs as I type and this coming Saturday you can taste them all for free. Some old favourites like Shropshire Blue and Stinking Bishop but also some new ones including about 7 different cheddars.
