You are in luck...

Right around the corner from where I live, there is a really good coffee roaster, who also has a lot of specialty brands. It's a small little place and I constantly only see people going in and out from there. The smell from the place is fantastic and the owner - looks fairly young - looks like he really enjoys what he does.

I don't remember the name of the place, but it is at Pont-du-Chailly shopping area on Avenue de Chaillly, right next to the BCV and across from the Post Office and the Coop.

If you drive past on Avenue de Chailly you are likely to miss it, since the place is small. Park your car and go walking to find it.

Usually he is closed Monday mornings, but seems to be open continuesly the rest of the week. (Must be all that nice coffee keeping him awake)....
