Thanks for your input Lynn, sorry I came fourht a bit snappy. My internet connection is driving me up the wall. We are with tele2 and have been using them for several years without hassle.
Now my connection drops every now and then. I called their telephone support several times and it comes down to the same thing each time. I have to go into their sight(which is hosted on the ethernet) and enter my username and password. The support phoneline cost more than 2chf a minute! We had the line tested with swiscom and it's fine. Everytime we call in it is a new person on the line and goes through the whole trouble shooting procedure again. personally I think they do loadshedding in busy times... It has come to a point where they just say they don't know why it does that. Still haven't solved the problem. I also have two p.c connected, one is brand new. So it is also not the p.c. Drives me nuts.
I was thinking about Sunrise(they bought tele2) so it might be easier to switch. The reason I haven't looked at cablecom is because it is not dsl(or is it?)
