I notice that Flumserberg is updating/rennovating their website and as a result it was very slow the other day. Now I notice that the open lifts page is constantly changing. Specifically the lower lifts around Tannenboden regularly change from "closed" to "in preparation" to "open" and back again. Is this accurate? Has anyone been to Flumserberg Tannenboden in the last week? If so please let me know what the current conditions are as I would like to visit at the weekend. If these lower lifts are closed then access to Mittenwald/Tannenheim is not possible from the Unterterzen side and I will be quickly bored by the few runs (beginner) I can actually do from the Tannenboden lifts.

I actually emailed them about this during the week as I noticed that the lower lifts were closed. They responded saying that they are not always open, and that you need to check on the day.

Then that particular day (Wednesday I think) they had opened 2 of the lifts (Tannenboden/Madils), but noticed they were closed again today. Perhaps on the weekend when there is more demand, they'll all be open. Was thinking of going on Saturday, but might leave it for another week. I'm a beginner and I need to get some practice on those slopes.
