I also am wondering about the AHV pillars and the unemployment insurance that an employer deducts from one's salary. Are these deductions (and benefits) applicable to L Permit holders too?
Every resident must pay taxes. Every employee must pay all social-security contributions. Nationality and permit status are irrelevant.

Contributions to the 3a provident fund are voluntary irrespective of nationality and permit.
