I'm going to be checking out Luzern on Monday if nothing else comes up. Looks like a lot of fun!

Also, there is a Fasnacht in Bern (closer to Neuchatel), but I don't know how it is, and the bloody website is in Bernese Swiss German -- http://www.fasnacht.be/
