A reminder about the cheese and wine tasting this Saturday. I'll be bringing along plenty of top form Shropshire Blue, Lanark Blue (AKA the Kilt Lifter), 2 or 3 different Cheddars, Red Leicester, Cheshire, Wensleydale and some very special goats cheeses for sale on the day.

On the Stilton front, I still have a few Stiltons in pots and 3 or 4 Stilton top and bottoms, great for scooping out "in the traditional manner".
