Advice to all:
Get litigation insurance! Annual premium is less than CHF 200 per family. Usually covers attorney and court fees for many legal conflicts.

Read the fine print, however, for exceptions. Conflicts with banks and taxes are often excluded. Conflicts with landlords, employers, vendors, etc are generally covered.
I presume this is provided by your bog standard insurer, but not normally offered? Can anyone confirm? Or is there somewhere particular you have to go.
