I got back last december, my husband agreet that i take our dauther with me to live her with my family, when i bring her over to uk ons a month if he pays the Ticket, because i am not working i live off my Family rhite now. He never send any mony but he blames me that he didn't see our dauther the last 3 moths. Now wehen i go over so he can see her(he allways gonne be her dad) and he changes hes mind and don't let us go again. Have i got any rigths to take my dauther out the UK or is that kidnapping?
