The Duo Tageskarte offer is back in Migros. Tickets to be used before 31st March 2009.
I had to search the net for a while to get to the official offer from Migros (there might be the confusion from the dates of the 2008 offer) - here the details:

* Can be bought until Jan 26th
* Valid if at least 1 of the travelers has 1/2Tax (so best to be used with a 2nd person not having 1/2Tax)
* Valid through March 31st
* Valid Mon-Fri from 9am onwards; all day on weekends
