| When we were hunting we always asked as we have three Labradors. Many places we wanted had pets ok in the add but wouldn't take 3 dogs. Our apartment was fairly close to the top of the list, and we had to sign a form (I forget the name) which basically said the dogs were cool as long as they didn't mi-behave. I will feel more confident asking about my two cats and if I manage to get a house soon (fingers crossed) I will make sure I check the contract and get something in writing about the cats living there.
