Hi, I will just give some details about SWISSCARE. I was insured before by the company CSS and switched to Swisscare since 2 years.

My experience with Swisscare is excellent and I disagree your opinion.

In fact, I was pregnant and had some complication. The company was very helpfull, speak well english and was very professional as they followed my pregnancy really good.

During my insurance stay with CSS I had psycological problems and It was a really shame how they treated me. 6 months before they gave information to my psychiatrist and then 8 months before they refunded me. I was in a real financial problem and my lab professor helped by to pay the rent amount of my appartement.

CSS, although I explaned them my situation, they dont give me support or help. I was very very angry and has not helped me in my personal problems.

I will really use this opportunity to say that CSS not give me any support and were totally abandoned.

Also if I heare that you had little problems with Swisscare, I can confirm you that I have extreamly a big problem with the company CSS.

Probably the pregancy complication was related a part to the problems that I had with CSS, because I had no more trust in insurance companies.
