There are bike stores in the Baden and Brugg areas but I don't think you are going to find what you are looking for there which I think is a tricycle rather than a 2 wheeler. I would suggest Toys R Us (the one in Tivoli in Spreitenbach is closed) in Dietlikon or Oftringen for something more age appropriate.
