The Osteopath is concentrating on the allinment side of things and I hope there will be some progression.
Regarding keeping fit, its hard, I did start with strechting exercises 3 times plus physio, then moved onto running once or twice a week as there seemed to be some improvement.
Then 3 months ago they said it still wasnt healing and after the MRI to stop all fitness and only go swimming.
I go once a week but it doesnt do much for me.
Ive missed the snowboard season, football season and put on 6/7 kilos as well. It sucks monkey arse!
