Available: 1.5 room, 20 m2 Furnished, Serviced apartment from April 2nd week
Hi all,

We are moving out of our current apartment and are looking for someone to take over.

This 20 m2, 1.5 room (Fully furnished & Serviced) apartment, centrally located near Stauffacher, is available from 2nd week of April, 2009 (the dates are negotiable). A minute walk to the stop for trams 2,3 and about 3 minute walk to the another tram stop for trams 9, 14.

The apartment has the following amenities:
1. Internet
2. TV
3. Bi-Weekly cleaning
4. Flexible Wash plan (All through the week)
5. Fully equipped kitchen

The rent is CHF 1880 (all charges inclusive) and the security deposit is one month's rent.
