hmm does your husband have a Bulgarian passport?

If so you wont have much problem to come to Switzerland as Bulgaria belongs to the EU and Switzerland has a "Freizügigkeitsabkommen" with the EU.

If your husband does not have an EU passport he is counted as a person from a 3 country and will have more problems receiving a working visa. Or does he have already a job in Switzerland with a valid visa?
