@Velofellow: I experienced the same.

I found a nice sofa from the Dutch furniture maker Riviera Maison, in Breda in Netherlands asked and the sofa "124990" costed €1'900 (ca 3'000 CHF) if I recall correctly.

I searched on the Riviera Maison website for an agent in Switzerland and found "Imperial Interiors", called them and they came back, for exactly the same sofa (I gave the article number) with a price of CHF6'900! Imperial Interiors are in the Nuschelerstrasse, which should already have given a hint as to the price indication.
Also looked and found a dealer just on the other side of the Bodensee, but figured in the end it's just too much work for a sofa so abandoned the whole project.
